At Taffy, we want you to love every bite; however, due to the perishable nature of our products, we can only accept returns on items that arrive damaged or defective. Please contact our support team within 7 days of delivery to initiate a replacement or refund for your order.

Ensure your request is submitted within 7 days of receipt and pertains to damaged packaging or quality issues, as we cannot accept returns for change of mind on food items.
Document the Issue
Take clear photos of the damaged product and the shipping box it arrived in to help our quality control team process your claim quickly.
Contact Support
Email our customer care team with your order number and the attached photos to receive a return authorization or a direct refund approval.
Resolution
Once your claim is validated, we will either ship out a fresh batch of taffy at no extra cost to you or issue a full refund to your original payment method.
